Nanoblading is a refinement of microblading. Instead of a hand tool that scratches pigment into the skin, we use a single nano needle on a digital machine to place each stroke with control. The result is hair-fine detail that heals crisp rather than blurred.
It suits clients who want definition without a made-up look. We map the brow to your bone structure and features first, then build density stroke by stroke until the shape sits naturally on your face.
Why clients choose it
- Hair-fine strokes that read as natural brow, not tattoo
- Works on most skin types, including areas microblading struggles with
- Heals with cleaner edges and less spread than blade techniques
- Bespoke mapping to your bone structure and existing hair
- Lasts roughly 1 – 3 years before a top-up
What to expect, step by step
Consultation & mapping
We discuss the shape you want, measure against your features and draw the outline for your approval before any pigment goes in.
Numbing
A topical anaesthetic is applied so the session stays comfortable.
First pass
Strokes are placed following your natural hair pattern to build a realistic base.
Second pass & refine
We add density where needed and balance both sides before you leave.
Aftercare
The healed result depends as much on aftercare as on the appointment. Follow these and your results will settle beautifully.
- 01Keep the area dry for the first 7 days
- 02Do not pick or scratch as the strokes heal and flake
- 03Apply the supplied balm sparingly, morning and night
- 04Avoid sun, saunas and heavy sweating for two weeks
- 05Book a touch-up at 6 – 8 weeks to settle colour (from $100 – $450)
Frequently asked
- How long does nanoblading last?
- Most clients keep their result for one to three years depending on skin type and lifestyle. A yearly colour boost keeps it looking fresh.
- Does it hurt?
- With topical numbing most clients describe it as mild scratching. Sensitivity varies, and we numb throughout.
- Do I need a touch-up?
- A touch-up at 6 – 8 weeks settles the colour and fills any gaps. Permanent makeup touch-ups are from $100 – $450 and are booked separately.
