Deposit & Cancellation
Do I need to pay a deposit to book an appointment?
Yes, a $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment for Permanent Makeup - Ombré Powder Brows, Microblading, Nano Brows, and Lip Blushing. . This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if you provide sufficient notice.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit, 50% of the service cost, and may require a new deposit to rebook.
How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You can cancel or reschedule by contacting us directly via phone or email. Please provide your name and appointment details.
Do you make exceptions for emergencies or extenuating circumstances?
We understand that life happens! If you experience an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, and most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Venmo and Zelle.
Is there an additional fee for using American Express?
Yes, payments made with American Express are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee.
Can I pay via mobile payment apps (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)?
Yes, we accept mobile payment options for your convenience.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Currently, we do not offer payment plans, but we require only a deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due at the appointment.
Are tips included in the service price?
Tips are not included but are greatly appreciated! You may leave tips in cash or add them to your card payment.

Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure that enhances the appearance of eyebrows by creating natural-looking, hair-like strokes using a specialized hand tool.
How long does microblading last?
Results typically last 1–2 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare routine.
Does microblading hurt?
Most clients report minimal discomfort. A numbing cream is applied before and during the procedure to ensure your comfort.
What is the healing process like?
Healing takes about 7–14 days. You may experience slight redness, scabbing, or peeling, which is normal. Full results are visible after 4–6 weeks.
Can I wear makeup on my brows after microblading?
Avoid applying makeup on or around your brows during the healing process (7-10 days). Once fully healed, you can resume your normal makeup routine.
Lip Blushing
What is lip blushing?
Lip blushing is a semi-permanent makeup technique that enhances your lips with a natural tint, improving color, definition, and symmetry.
How long does lip blushing last?
Lip blushing typically lasts 2–3 years, with touch-ups recommended every 12–18 months to maintain the vibrancy.
Is the procedure painful?
A numbing cream is applied to minimize discomfort. Most clients describe the sensation as mild tingling.
Can I wear lipstick after the procedure?
Avoid wearing lipstick during the healing process (7–10 days). Once healed, you can apply any lip products as usual.
Nano Removal
What is nano removal?
Nano removal is a non-invasive technique used to safely remove or lighten unwanted cosmetic tattoos or permanent makeup.
How many sessions are required?
The number of sessions depends on the age, color, and depth of the pigment. Most clients need 2–4 sessions for optimal results.
