Pre-Treatment Guidelines
- Avoid alcohol, coffee, aspirin, fish oil, niacin, vitamin E, and ibuprofen for 24 hours before your appointment unless medically necessary.
- Do not tint, wax, or thread your brows for at least one week prior to your appointment.
- If you’ve recently had Botox, please wait approximately 6 weeks before undergoing treatment.
Post-Treatment Care
First 2 Days
- 30 minutes after your appointment, gently clean your brows using a cotton pad with sterilized or bottled water.
- Apply a very thin layer of the provided ointment.
- Repeat this process every 2 hours while awake.
Day 3 - 7
Apply the ointment twice a day for the next 5 days.
General Guidelines
- Keep your brows dry for the first 7 days.
- Avoid direct sunlight exposure for 2 weeks.
- Refrain from exercising for the first 7 days.
- Do not apply makeup to the brow area for the first 7 days.
What to Expect After Treatment
You may experience some swelling in the area which typically resolves soon after treatment. The color will appear up to 50% darker and more intense in color.
The color will begin to darken temporarily as the pigment oxidizes and light scabs form. You may experience itching as the skin starts to heal itself. Do not pick or scratch the area as this will impact pigment retention.
Do not pick at any scabs. Allow healing to shed naturally. At this time, it will appear that your permanent makeup nearly disappeared. This is only temporary as the new skin is still healing. Over the next several weeks your brows will reappear.
Towards the end of your healing you will notice the permanent makeup reappearing.
They will heal approximately 30% lighter than day 1.
It’s time for your perfection visit!
At this time your permanent makeup is fully healed and it’s recommended that you come back in to reinforce anything that might have healed lighter than desired.

Deposit & Cancellation
Do I need to pay a deposit to book an appointment?
Yes, a $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment for Permanent Makeup - Ombré Powder Brows, Microblading, Nano Brows, and Lip Blushing. . This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if you provide sufficient notice.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit, 50% of the service cost, and may require a new deposit to rebook.
How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You can cancel or reschedule by contacting us directly via phone or email. Please provide your name and appointment details.
Do you make exceptions for emergencies or extenuating circumstances?
We understand that life happens! If you experience an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.

Is there an additional fee for using American Express?
Yes, payments made with American Express are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee.

Yes, we accept mobile payment options for your convenience.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Currently, we do not offer payment plans, but we require only a deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due at the appointment.

Tips are not included but are greatly appreciated! You may leave tips in cash or add them to your card payment.
