LIP BLUSHING is a very NATURAL looking lip tattoo that enhances the shape and color of your lips! Great for individuals with pale or faded lips, discoloration, scarring, dark lips, and anyone looking in enhance their lip color, size, and appearance.

Before the treatment:
– Refrain from alcohol, coffee, aspirin, fish oil, niacin, vitamin E, and ibuprofen 24 hours prior to your appointment, unless medically necessary.
– If you usually get cold sores please take Valtrex 1,000 mg daily for 5 days before your appointment and 2 days after your appointment. A total of 7 days so it won’t affect the lip treatment.
(You can not get Valtrex over the counter, consult with your doctor for the prescription).

 After the treatment:
– 30 minutes after you leave your appointment please clean your lips with a cotton pad and sterilized or bottled water. Then apply a very thin layer of the ointment given to you. Repeat this process 3 times a day for 5 days while awake.
– Do not get your lips wet for the first 5 days.
– Do not be in direct sunlight for 2 weeks.
– Do not exercise for the first 5 days.
– Do not wear makeup on lips area for the first 5 days.

What to expect after treatment:
Day 1: Lips to be fairly swollen for first day or so.
Day 2: The swelling should have subsided and the color should look darker than it was.
Day 3-4: your lips will start to flake and peel but please never peel off scabs.
Day 7-10: Final healing days, flakiness should start to subside after a week or so. At this point, the lip color should be 30-50% lighter than it was. It is common for pigment to temporarily disappear before returning a few weeks later. Essentially the skin is thickening as it heals and briefly cancels the ink.
Day 40-60: It is time for your perfection visit! At this time your permanent makeup is fully healed and it is recommended that you come back to evened out your lip shade.
